Ron Kind has no excuse. I gave him about 7 minutes of reasons to support the FED during a "Town Hall" he put on, and I know others have done the same. And HR1207 is up to 237 sponsors-more than half of the House. Now to put pressure on our senators in favor of campanion bill, S604.

Ah lets see, fun stuff on the honeymoon, hiking, massage, great lakes side camp fires, lots of campaign, expensive meals and other things that I can not talk about :<)

Todd, on your honeymoon. Lame excuse. I went on a honeymoon. We didn't do anything cool like play with GI Joe action figurers. I mean, c'mon, what fun stuff could you possibly do on a honeymoon? :o

Pity you guys meet on Mondays. Would like attending some but our Tea Party group meets Mondays. Well maybe once things slow down a bit for us I will have an opportunity.

I wasn't able to attend the meeting this May - just had a baby the previous week, and was still getting used to baby stuff. Could someone post some notes regarding anything that was discussed?

I've been kicking around some text for the CFL and CVCFL flyers. I think the smart way to go is to use the CFL brochure and add an insert for introductions to precinct leader and the CVCFL along with an explanation of our local goals and plans. I had hoped to be done with this but I've been pretty swamped. I will have something for review soon.

Nope Rob makes perfect sense, I will add it to the agenda for the next meeting as well as a discussion group.

I have been thinking about the seminar series title. I too liked Mary's idea. But after more consideration I thought that maybe something with a more positive note might play better. Something including the sentiment of healing, repairing, restoring. It implies broken, but emphasizes a solution. Or something educational sounding using words like investigating, discovering, realizing...

Am I out in left field?...again :)
